The house is on the sea front. Excellent sea view - you can hear and see the breaking waves from the living room and two of the bedrooms.

Woelwaters is een van die oudste huise in Kleinmond heel voor teen die see, en is sedert hy gebou is omtrent 80 jaar gelede, in die de Vos familie. Hier is 180-grade see-uitsig – jy kan van sonop tot sononder die natuur vanaf die stoep geniet – en gedurende Julie tot Oktober kan jy sien hoe die walvisse baljaar. Die huis is maklike loopafstand van die swemstrand af. Hier is genoeg slaapplek vir 4 volwassenes en 2 kinders met 'n hoofslaapkamer (dubbelbed), 'n tweede slaapkamer (2 x ¾) en 'n kleiner kamer met 'n kajuitbed asook parkering in 'n enkel-motorhuis. 'n Baba-kot is op aanvraag beskikbaar. Die huis is volledig uitgerus, bring net jou eie strandhanddoeke. Vir ontspanning is baie boeke en speletjies soos onder andere Backgammon en Scrabble beskikbaar. Geen TV, maar bring gerus jou eie een saam. Ongelukkig word geen rook of troeteldiere toegelaat nie. Woelwaters is one of the oldest houses in Kleinmond .. right on the sea's edge. Since it was built about 80 years ago it has been the holiday home of the De Vos family. You have a 180-degree seaview – you can literally enjoy the view from sunrise to sunset right from the stoep – and from July till October you can watch whales frolic in the waves. It is within easy walking distance to the swimming beach. It has enough space to accommodate 4 adults and two children, with a main bedroom (double bed), 2nd bedroom (2 x ¾ beds) and a smaller room with a bunkbed, as well as parking in a single garage. A baby cot is available on request. It has everything you need, just bring your own beach towels. Many books and games such as Backgammon and Scrabble are also available.
